VC Fellowship

Investment Associate/Principal (Full-cycle closed investment track records are required. Only applications with references included will be considered for associate/principal roles.)

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct investment research, deal evaluations, due diligence, and investment memos for assigned venture capital or project finance deals.

• Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to evaluate specific deals and sectors, gaining exposure to AI-driven investment analysis.

• Develop and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors and industry leaders in climate tech/clean tech; sustainability and impact investment sector.

Basic and Preferred Qualification

• VC Fellows - working professionals, students graduated or graduating within 1-2 months are welcome to apply

• Associate/Principal - Full-cycle closed investment track records in the above sectors are required. Only application with reference checks included will be considered for associate/principal roles. 

• MBA preferred

• Refine our AI due diligence copilot for due diligence, financial valuation function.

• Integrate multi-agent AI and assist in backend development to build interactive tools for VC/PE investors.
